Darkroom Update

I’ve been getting calls about the darkroom again so I’ve decided to get a better negative scanner to be able to provide exhibition quality scans from negatives of all sizes to my clients. This will allow me to proof digitally and then print orders by hand from the numbered proofs or contact sheets, possibly on prepaid rolls like they do with slides. I have also been doing some work at the wolf with an awesome group of actors and crew that are performing the Cherry Orchard.

One of the actresses wants me to do her publicity photos. That really got me thinking about the negative scanner. It goes so well with the decision to shoot Medium Format again as well as the work I’m doing in the mini studio on Dundas Street. It’s all coming together nicely if I can just stay focused. (Pun intended). You’ll see my progress here on the blog I hope.
